Avengers + Peter Parker x reader
Trick or treat- *intro*
With Halloween just around the corner, every kid, or kid at heart, was getting ready for trick-or-treating. The one time of year where everyone is accepted if they look like a devil, get drunk of their asses, flirt and many more. The time of year when the angels take a day off, and let the demons create a holiday for scares, lairs and the most important thing to you.
CANDY.
But dear readers, let’s get back to the story, shall we?
Your eyes snap open as soon as your alarm goes off, you groan, before rolling out of bed and looking at the f/c calendar on the wall.
You stare blankly at the date, before squealing so loudly everyone in the tower hears it.
“OH MY GOSH EVERYONE IT’S HALLOWEEN!!!”
Tony stomps into your room grumpily, “Could you keep it down, I’m trying to sleep, sweet cheeks.”
You roll your eyes, before squealing at the same loudness as before, “IT IS HALLOWEEN YOU DOPE!!!! I AM SO GOING TO GO TRICK OR TREATING!!!”
You do your famous victory dance, before sprinting out of the door and down the stairs into the kitchen, “Jarvis! Do we still have the pancake mix in the cupboard?”
“Yes miss.”
You do your victory dance again, “This day just keeps getting better and better!” you turn on the hot plate, and get out a frying pan, then start making pancakes. You bring out everyone’s favourite toppings and place them on the table.
Tony’s the first one down the stairs, and sits at the table, before asking, “Why do you like Halloween so much y/n?”
You roll your eyes, “Because dummy, it’s the time of year when monsters and ghost and everything dark comes out to play on the mortal world!”
Tony sighs, and opens his mouth to say something else, but is cut off by you placing a pancake in the shape of a skull on his plate.
“Help yourself to your favourite topping!” you grin, before going back to cooking pancakes.
Before long, all the Avengers are eating pancakes and chatting happily, except Thor, who is shouting every word happily.
You sit down next to a grumpy-looking Peter, “Hey Pete! What’s with the frowny face?”
He sighs, staring down at his plate, “Gwen cheated on me for seven months, and I didn’t notice.”
You make a mental note to scare her later, and then reply, “If it’s any consolation, lots of girls think you’re cute.”
He nods, “If you say so n/n.” (n/n = nick name)
You bite into your eyeball shaped and decorated pancake. As soon as you finish, you make your way over to…

this is really good ( can't wait for Clint & Bruce). However I've found that while reading this the word "you" is used at the beginning of quite a few sentences and it makes seem like "you" is used to much.
I know that with reader inserts it is hard to avoid using alot of "you's", but I think that if you would find a way to rewrite the sentence so that "you" wasn't the first word in the sentence it might make it seem less obvious.
